BACKGROUND
Kimberly is a Professor Emerita of Law at Valparaiso University where she taught lawyering skills and bar examination preparation courses. Kimberly practiced Family Law and Insurance Defense Law in Northwest Indiana prior to joining Smith Legal Group.
EDUCATION
Kimberly graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Valparaiso University prior to attending law school. She is a graduate of Chesterton High School.
ADMISSIONS
Kimberly is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in the United States District Court for the Northern District and Southern District of Indiana.
